This position accurately administers the payroll process in a commercial construction setting through collecting and tabulating records of time worked, hours paid but not worked (e.g., vacation / personal), maintain all aspects of personnel files, entering benefit deductions, processing weekly payrolls, and distributing checks when direct deposit is not used. Must understand Davis Bacon, Prevailing Wage Pay and Reporting. Responsible for assisting with the administration of all benefits and retirement programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) and short-term disability. Bilingual (English and Spanish) with the capability to interpret and translate a plus, but not necessary.
