Pat is a seasoned Wealth Management Advisor and Partner at Adair & Associates located in Marriottsville, Maryland. With over 30 years of experience in financial services, Pat helps his clients prepare for the retirement they have dreamed about. As a business owner and a former partner in a CPA firm, Pat understands there are complex needs when it comes to retirement, tax and estate planning. It has been Pat’s goal to help his clients achieve their financial planning goals by assisting in identifying their objectives, quantifying their resources and educating them while offering potential strategies and continuously monitoring their progress.
Pat graduated from The University of Baltimore with a BS in Accounting. He is also an alumnus of Loyola Blakefield. He enjoys spending time with his family and friends, golfing, exercising, cooking, sporting events and relaxing on the beach in Ocean City. He and his wife, Lynn reside in Ellicott City and have a daughter, Kelsey. He is active in the Howard County and surrounding community.
Pat’s volunteer activities include Emory United Methodist Church’s Finance Committee Chairperson, volunteering for Historic Ellicott City’s Fall and Spring festivals and 15+ years on the Board of Directors for the Construction Financial Management Association of Maryland. In this capacity, Pat organizes the annual Maryland Chapter CFMA Bruce Tabler Memorial Golf Outing. A portion of the profits from this event are donated to the Ronald McDonald House Charities in memory of Bruce Tabler, the former CFMA-MD Chapter President.
