Welcome One of Our Newest Board Members: Jake Debus

Jake is a Manager with KatzAbosch and has been working in public accounting since 2010. He advises clients with financial statement preparation, tax compliance, tax planning, budgeting and forecasting, and business consulting. He has extensive experience serving clients in a variety of industries, with a niche working with closely-held businesses in the construction industry. As a member of the construction team at KatzAbosch, Jake is able to give his clients personalized, streamlined service and act as an industry resource. He finds it gratifying to work with clients who have a tangible impact in the local community.

Welcome One of Our Newest Board Members: Kaitlyn Allgood

Kaitlyn Allgood joined Chesapeake Contracting Group in 2012 and currently serves as Finance Director. She oversees the day-to-day financial operations of the organization and is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing all financial-related activities of the company. Kaitlyn is the liaison between the accounting department and the executive leadership team and is responsible for safeguarding the organization's assets. Kaitlyn holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Maryland, College Park. She is also a Certified Construction Industry Finance Professional.
